These Terms of Use govern your use of KroLead app and website. By using KroLead, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and account
- KroLead is for business users and teams.
- You are responsible for account credentials and workspace access control.
- You must provide accurate registration and business information.
2. Permitted use
- Use KroLead for lawful CRM, lead management, and follow-up operations.
- Do not abuse services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app integrity.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
3. Permissions and call features
CallPilot features may request permissions (call log, contacts, phone state, overlay) only for CRM workflow functionality as disclosed in-app and in our Privacy Policy.
4. Data ownership and responsibility
You retain ownership of your business data. You are responsible for consent and lawful processing of your customer/lead information entered into KroLead.
5. Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, modified, or deprecated as needed.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans and renewals are governed by in-app pricing and billing terms. Failed or reversed payments may impact subscription status and feature access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KroLead is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using KroLead at any time and request account deletion.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
