Delete Account and Data Request

This page belongs to KroLead by KroLead Pvt. Ltd. and is provided for users who want to request account deletion and/or associated data deletion.

KroLead is a Team Business CRM. Deletion requests are processed against organization workspaces and verified user identities.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Fill the request form below using your registered KroLead account details.
  2. If you are an employee, include your organization/workspace details for faster verification.
  3. Select what you want deleted: account only, account and all data, or selected data.
  4. Submit the request. A deletion request email is sent to krolead@gmail.com.
  5. We may contact you for identity verification before processing your request.

What Gets Deleted and What May Be Retained

Data Type If You Request Full Deletion Possible Retention
Account profile (name, email, login profile) Deleted Minimal logs may be retained for legal/security compliance.
Workspace CRM data (leads, notes, tasks, tags, pipelines, products) Deleted Backups and operational records may remain for up to 30 days before purge.
CallPilot operational data (call-to-lead mapping metadata, follow-up context) Deleted with workspace/account data, based on request scope Minimal security/abuse-prevention records may remain if required by law.
Business profile data Deleted None, except compliance-required records if applicable.
Payment transaction records Not always fully deletable May be retained to satisfy tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and regulatory obligations.
Crash and audit logs May be disassociated/anonymized where feasible May be retained for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

Standard processing target: up to 15 business days after successful verification. Complex or legally constrained requests may take longer.
